- To ensure same-day processing, please place your order before 2:30 PM BST from Monday to Friday. Orders submitted after this time on Friday, as well as those placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday.

- For UK Pre-12 DPD delivery, this service is available from Monday to Thursday, with no guarantee for weekend Pre-12 deliveries. Additionally, please be aware that delivery times may be affected during Bank Holidays and Public Holidays, such as Christmas and New Year. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and be in the same condition as when it was received, including being in its original packaging. It should not have been worn, washed, or modified in any manner. Additionally, items must be free from any marks, damage, odors, or hair, and must maintain their original condition; otherwise, the return or exchange will be denied. We maintain the right to reject returns that are sent back after the 30-day grace period has lapsed or for items that do not meet the original condition requirement. Socks and underwear are returnable only if they are completely sealed and in their original packaging. How to Return a Faulty Item Effectively

- We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the receipt of a defective item. To expedite the resolution process, please reach out to our customer support team and include photographic evidence of the issue.

- Kindly refrain from returning any damaged products unless instructed by a support team member, as this may delay the resolution of your claim.

- It is essential to report any issues regarding damaged or incorrect parcels within 24 hours of their delivery to ensure a prompt response.

 

 

 

 - All returns must be initiated via our dedicated returns portal, which allows us to monitor the return process closely. We cannot accept responsibility for items that do not arrive at our facility, so please retain your receipt until the return is completely finalized.
- We provide a free returns label for customers within the UK. However, for customers located in other countries, you will need to arrange and cover the cost of your own return shipping.
