- The delivery times provided are approximate and may occasionally extend beyond the expected duration. It is important to remember that working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. - To ensure same-day processing, please place your order before 2:30 PM BST from Monday to Friday. Orders submitted after this time on Friday, as well as those placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday. - For UK Pre-12 DPD delivery, this service is available from Monday to Thursday, with no guarantee for weekend Pre-12 deliveries. Additionally, please be aware that delivery times may be affected during Bank Holidays and Public Holidays, such as Christmas and New Year. Damages and issues
- In the event that the delivery packaging shows signs of damage upon arrival, it is crucial to document the condition by taking a photo or video prior to opening the parcel. Should you proceed to unpack the item, please ensure that the entire process is recorded on video. Failure to capture this evidence may limit our ability to provide assistance if any issues arise later.
- Upon receiving your order, we recommend conducting a thorough inspection. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately. This will allow us to assess the situation and implement the necessary corrective measures. Additionally, if the shipping bag is compromised, please record a video before opening the parcel to facilitate our review.
- Please be aware that free shipping may not apply to certain locations, including military bases, islands, and the Scottish Highlands. For orders shipped to European countries, we utilize reliable courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, La Poste, DPD, and Deutsche Post. Orders are dispatched from our UK distribution center, and please note that duties and taxes may apply for orders exceeding €150, while all orders up to that amount include these charges.
